Mentorship
To me, mentorship is a community ritual, a sacred ceremony over time that helps you courageously remember and merge with who you truly are.
My role is to be a loving witness and hold up the lantern as you commune intimately with your shadows, coming out on the other side as the most fully expressed version of yourself.
My medicine is for disruptors anchored in the vision for their legacy, committed to rewriting outdated narratives and creating new ones on their terms. They understand that shifting their lineages is intricately connected to their healing, and are ready and willing to do the hard but rewarding work required to be a good ancestor.
I view mentorship as a reciprocal relationship instead of a hierarchical one, where we both stand on the shoulders of our sovereignty and power. I admire my mentees as much as they admire me. They don’t see me as their healer or savior, and I don’t see their wins as an extension of my worth.
My approach is custom-tailored and unique, blending therapeutic techniques, somatic practices, and spiritual insights and tools.
